NyvraSync is the patient-facing mobile app in the Nyvra ecosystem for thyroid, PMOS/PCOS, endocrine, and metabolic health.

## Core Workflows

- Connect Nyvra Sense or supported wearable sources.
- Track heart rate, SpO2, HRV, temperature, sleep, steps, activity, and metabolic trend signals.
- Use optional PMOS/PCOS focus to organize cycle, symptom, wearable, metabolic, and lab context for clinician review.
- Store health readings and endocrine records locally first.
- Enable optional cloud EMR sync for connected care.
- Discover hospitals, clinics, and labs.
- Request physical visits, digital consultations, or thyroid lab checkups.
- Share selected records and wearable summaries with accepted providers.
- Receive provider-uploaded lab documents or consultation summaries back into the profile.
- Use NyvraSync AI after Premium is active.
- Download monthly health reports, PMOS/PCOS pattern summaries, and health recaps.

## Plans

- Free: wearable timeline, local EMR storage, monthly summaries, and achievements.
- NyvraSync Premium: INR 299/month for NyvraSync AI, monthly reports, PMOS/PCOS pattern summaries, cloud EMR sync, appointment booking, thyroid lab checkup requests, digital consultations, and provider uploads. Checkout is handled through Razorpay verification.

## Privacy Model

- Records are local-first.
- Cloud sync is optional and controlled by the user.
- Provider sharing happens only through accepted workflows and user-approved context.
