By accessing or using NyvraSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NyvraSync is a mobile health application specialized in endocrine and thyroid health monitoring. The App provides:

• Health monitoring through Nyvra Sense integration
• Specialist discovery and appointment booking
• Health tracking and medication reminders
• Premium features including medical records storage and health assistant (₹300/month)

3. Medical Disclaimer

NyvraSync is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or accessed through the App.

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All health data is stored locally on your device by default. Premium users who opt for cloud sync acknowledge that their data will be securely stored on our servers with medical-grade encryption.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available for ₹300/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share false or misleading health information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to harm, harass, or impersonate others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NyvraSync are owned by Nyvra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyvra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
