1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NyvraSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NyvraSync is a mobile health application for thyroid, endocrine, and metabolic tracking with wearable trends, personal medical records, cloud EMR sync, hospital and lab discovery, appointment requests, lab checkups, NyvraSync AI guidance, and digital consultations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

NyvraSync is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified health provider for medical questions. Do not disregard or delay professional care because of content shown in the App.

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Health data is stored locally by default. If you enable cloud sync, selected records may be stored securely and shared with accepted care providers only as allowed in the App.

5. Cloud Sync and Connected Care

NyvraSync AI access, monthly reports, PMOS/PCOS pattern summaries, cloud sync, appointment booking, digital consultations, provider uploads, and shared EMR workflows are part of NyvraSync Premium at INR 299/month. Checkout and activation use Razorpay verification. Any updated paid feature or subscription terms will be shown in the App before activation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App illegally, share false or misleading health information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt App functionality, or use the App to harm, harass, or impersonate others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NyvraSync are owned by Nyvra or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyvraSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
