- Store health readings and endocrine records locally first.
- Enable optional cloud EMR sync for connected care.
- Discover hospitals, clinics, and labs.
- Request physical visits, digital consultations, or thyroid lab checkups.
- Share selected records and wearable summaries with accepted providers.
- Receive provider-uploaded lab documents or consultation summaries back into the profile.
- Use NyvraSync AI after cloud sync is enabled.
- Download monthly health reports and review health recaps.

- Free: wearable timeline, local EMR storage, monthly summaries, and achievements.
- NyvraSync Plus: INR 300/month for cloud EMR sync, appointment booking, thyroid lab checkup requests, digital consultations, provider uploads, and NyvraSync AI context.

## Privacy Model

- Records are local-first.
- Cloud sync is optional and controlled by the user.
- Provider sharing happens only through accepted workflows and user-approved context.
